Some time ago I accidentally found a huge list of 1000 great books, novels etc. I tried to search through this list for the books I've already read and after an hour I was quite upset by the fact that there was almost nothing that a person could be proud of.
So, from now on I decided - Nastya must read all of these books or otherwise she can be considered as a looser.
There were approximately 20 books that I have read - that means there is 980 left. Not a big deal really...

Давным-давно я наткнулась на огромный список литературы, состоящий из 1000 великих произведений. Я попыталась мельком проглядеть сии названия и найти книги, которые я уже прочитала, и где-то после часа поисков я была совершенно разочарована. Откровенно говоря, гордиться было нечем.
Поэтому, с того момента я решила - Настя должна прочитать все! Либо она неудачница.
Если считать, что 20 книг из списка прочитаны, остаётся всего то 980. Подумаешь...
А вот и сам список.
Я начала с книги Эмиса Кингсли "Счастливчик Джим".

Woah, that's a pretty long list, I've been trying to get through the BBC big read and there are only 100 books on there. I've had a quick skim through this list and so far I can only spot two books that I've read, shameful! X

I think there must be more than 2 books, the list is so enormous! :)
