Salut tout le monde!
I'm really happy to share a new sugar-free recipe with you today! That is one of my favorites now and I really didn't expect such a result. I was happily surprised. I know I am very emotional when it comes to cakes :)
The good thing about this honey cake is that it's very easy to make, you dont need to have a super equipment or super ingredients. And what's more important, you can forget about sugar here as well!
Anyways, check the video to see the whole process of "cake making" and down below you will find the recipe.

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 130g softened unsalted butter
- 70-150g honey (yes, you can vary it. I picked the sweetest version because...emm...because 0:)

- a bit of baking powder
- tiny splash of vanilla extract
Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 180ºC
- Combine the butter and the honey together so that you have a creamy mixture after
- Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time. Beat well and don't be scared if the mixture starts to separate
- Add the flour, the baking powder and the sour cream and beat well
- Pour the batter into the baking tin lined with parchment paper and transfer it into the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes or until golden on top.
- Enjooooyyyy :)
And and don't forget, that you can make a little witchcraft even without sugar.
