Silence and bewilderment | Paris, ep.* (Place de la République)

Я не могу обойти стороной недавние события в Париже. У меня есть много чего сказать и я не буду молчать. Мне не все равно.

Во-первых, хочу передать искренние соболезнования семьям, столкнувшимся лицом к лицу с горем в ту зловещую ночь, и хочу поблагодарить судьбу за то, что эта череда происшествий, будучи буквально в минутах от дома, тем не менее миновала нашу семью. Назвать происшествия «бедой», которая нас миновала, я не могу. Беда коснулась всех, не только живущих в Париже, и мы все прекрасно это понимаем.

Во-вторых, хочу выразить свое недоумение: почему в Париже, где меньше года назад был совершен террор, режим безопасности граждан не усилен? Хорошо, я не могу знать настоящего положения дел, но то, что я наблюдаю, меня ни в коей мере не успокаивает. Где полиция? 10й округ – где полиция? 11 округ? Тоже нет? Как это? В метро – хоть кто-нибудь? Опять нет? О-ля-ля…

Москвичи, зайдите в метро, и посчитайте полицейских. На сколько я помню, двух на каждой станции вы точно должны найти.

Безусловно, во время террористических актов, команда полицейских на сколько можно оперативно и достойно выполняла свою работу. Здесь я молчу.

Ну а дальше? Почему нет тогда указания выполнять оперативно работу по обеспечению безопасности граждан на территории государства в динамике? Непрерывно? Я уверена, это позволило бы избежать безобразий, -непрерывно- творящихся в городе.

В-третьих, хочу разобраться в лозунге “Pray for Paris”. Никого не хочу задеть, скажу сразу. Но все-таки я в смятении, ведь враг уже давно действует. Конечно, потоки позитивно-заряженной энергии – это очень хорошо, но это вряд ли это будет способствовать вашей безопасности. Хочешь сделать дело хорошо – сделай его сам. Власти не шевелятся, шевелись сам. Принимай меры, будь готов, к чему бы там ни было. И вообще, причем здесь Париж? Весь мир под прицелом, и это только на этот раз пальнуло по Парижу.

И последнее. Просто описываю свое наблюдение. В субботу мы вышли на улицу, и не обнаружили практически никого на улицах. Это было жутко. В воскресенье же (как будто ничего и не бывало) все вышли на пробежку в своих спортивных штанишках, засели в кафешках, что аж яблоку негде упасть, заполонили площадь Республики, выстроились в очередь в Собор Парижской Богоматери. А когда стемнело, начали ретвитить ложные атаки и топтать друг-друга в в панике. Жутко? Да. Противоречиво? Очень.

Не оставайтесь безразличными! Берите инициативу, держите руку на пульсе, надейтесь только на самих себя, сохраняйте невозмутимое спокойствие и холодный разум, и верьте в светлое, доброе, теплое.

Salut tout le monde!

I cannot stay away from what happened in Paris lately. I have a lot to say and i will not be silent. I do care.

Firstly, I want to convey my sincere condolences to the families that faced the grief at that evil night and I want to thank the fate for keeping my family safe, yet being separated by just several minutes from the sequence of emergencies. But I cannot call the sequence of emergencies a trouble that didn’t touch us. It did, and it touched all of us, not only in Paris. And we all understand it very well.

Secondly, I want to express the bewilderment that is stuck in my mind: why in Paris, in the city where the terrorist attack was committed less than a year ago, the security of people hasn’t been enhanced? Ok, I cannot know the real situation in the government, but what I see doesn’t comfort me not even for a second. Where is the police? 10e arrondissement - where is the police? 11e arrondissement? Again nothing? What? In the subway - anyone? Still nothing? Oh-la-la…

Muscovites, go to the subway and count the policemen. As far as i remember you shall find at least 2 on each station.

Without any doubts, during the terrorist attacks the group of policemen worked with dignity and as operatively as possible. Here I certainly have nothing to add.

But what’s next? Why there is no order to provide the security for people in the territory of France operatively in dynamics, continuously? I am sure it would help to prevent the outrage continiously happening in the city.

Thirdly, I want to sort out the popular motto “Pray for Paris”. And I would like to say beforehand that I don’t want to harm anyone. But still, I have huge doubts about it: the enemy is already acting for long now. Of course, the positively-charged energy is very good, but it will hardly contribute to the real security for you. If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. If the government doesn’t want to do anything - you have to do it. Take steps, be prepared for anything. And basically, why do we talk about Paris? The whole world is under the gun and it was just this time that it shot at Paris. 

And lastly. I want only to describe my observation. That Saturday, the next day after tragedy, we went outside the apartment and we didn’t find almost anyone in the streets. It was creepy. On Sunday (almost like nothing happened) everyone went outside to go jogging in the fancy sporty pants, to stay in the cafe so that you wouldn’t have found the not-occupied spot, to crowd in the Place de la République, to queue in front of Notre Dame de Paris. And when it got dark, they started to retweet the false attacks and to trample on each other because of the panics. Creepy? Yes. Controversial? Very.

Stop being indifferent! Take initiative, keep your eye on the ball, rely only on yourselves, stay calm, keep the cold mind and believe in the bright, in the warm and in the kind.
